I am a functioning insomniac, and smoking has always been a negative experience for me. So I need sleep, and I wanted to try a product that might help me. This Gummy has been in my home for nearly a month, and I take one nightly. Typically an hour and a half before I want to be asleep. It really works for me! The elderberry tastes wonderful, with a finishing aftertaste of a good hit without the problems I have with smoking (the coughing and throat burn). Activation is *not* subtle. But it certainly works, and leaves me relaxed and happily snuggled up for sleep. I would highly recommend this gummy if you struggle with your brain turning off at night!
