Not as big of a difference as I was hoping for but I’m confident I just prob need to go up in strength on the gummies and it would prob be a lot more helpful for me. I bought these based on reviews on their taste and they did not disappoint. Most gummies have texture or flavor issues and these do not. The only negative feedback I have is that they do not ship with any cold packs so in the summer the package and jar are hot. Just let them cool and they are good as new but I would perfer to have a cold pack to ensure the flavor and ingredients are locked in and sealed for freshness.
